Definition of Hematohidrosis

Hematohidrosis: It is a rare condition in which an individual is capable of sweating blood. During active hematohidrosis, capillaries that feed the sweat glands at hair follicles rupture to cause local bleeding, typically during extreme physical or emotional stress.
