Calamus is a fast acting stimulant,w providing psychic and mental alertness, without the jitters associated with caffeinated products. Two(start with 2) or three finely powdered 00 capsules in the morning or when feelings of fatigue are not desired should be sufficient.

Hi, I am in the process, of deciding whether to use calamus oil, I have decided to go ahead with frankensense oil (8% sesqueterpines) and patchouli oil (71% sesqueterpines) for the same brain issue, for my neurological problem, as all 3 oils contain sesqueterpines, which have the ability to pass my blood brain barrier and stabilise my emotional brain, (limbic system) as it is over active, these oils have the power to heal my brain, my whole life. My brain condition is long standing over 30 years (seizures) I will be letting my neurologist know next week when I see him

I used the Equate brand natural vegetable laxative. went 3 days with no BM, had bloating and pain. Im usually a once a day pooper. Took these on day 4 early in the morning, and again in the late afternoon. By 8pm I finally had to go! Didnt hurt like I expected it would. Was a wonderful feeling until I had to go again for the 3rd time in 5 hours, lol. No cramping or upset stomach. Mine took 12 hours from the first dose to work, and then kept on working till I was cleared out. I suggest you stay home or close to a toilet for a day and a half, Just to be safe. Once it kicks in, you really got to go!
